PSD2 Certificate

Issuance of PSD2 Certificates

For Banks:

Test → A bank-issued test certificate is generated upon request

Production → The certificate must be issued by a trusted provider licensed by the National Bank

For FinTech / Microfinance Organizations:

Test → A bank-issued test certificate is generated upon request

Production → A QWAC / QSeal certificate must be issued by a trusted provider authorized by the National Bank

The certificate request process is as follows:

Send the required information to developers.tbcbank.ge via email: company name, identification code, API product, and environment
The TBC team reviews and verifies the submitted information
You receive the certificate along with the technical integration instructions
